The film of the day: "Jimmy's Hall"
Today I’m going to talk about “Jimmy’s Hall”, an Irish
movie of Kean Loach. This is a film sit
in the final of 20s after of the civil war. Same as “The Wind that Shakes the
Barley” reveal some facts of Irish independence – not too hard like the last
movie haha-. In my opinion “Jimmy’s Hall” is an amazing movie, because talks
about the motivation and the passion to do the things that you really want, no
matter what happen. For this Reason my favorite character is Oonagh; she always
was there with Jimmy and helping to all the people in the hall.
If I have to choose one thing of the movie I
decided for the photography, the colors of the landscape were beautiful. Also, the blue and green lights were wonderful and very
atmospheric. I didn’t like some scenes of Jimmy and Oonagh alone, because
sometimes they were so dramatic and cheesy.
I think the best scene of the movie is when all
the people were in the church while the priest was talking bad things about the
hall and then he read a list with the “members” of this place. I really like
this scene, in my opinion is very powerful thanks to the montage and the
flashbacks.
If you have time I recommend you to watch this
film!

I like the photo you chose, the light is beatiful. I like the photography og the film too.
